let say if it's should be delete and input asset which turn out to be expense manually and during the delete, i make mistake which mean the real asset i should be posted but i delete, and asset(EXPENSE) i should be delete is posted with me. There is a possibility consider human error. what should i do ?
you mean at the mass addition interface stage,
Case A) you mistakenly deleted a mass addition line which should have been posted as an Asset
Case B) You mistakenly posted a mass addition line which should have been deleted.
For Case A,
you can create a Manual Asset from FA Module for the asset line deleted.
For Case B,
1) You will have the option to delete the asset that is added in the current period (before depreciation processing) OR
2) Make Full Retirement of the asset
Also, creation of expense asset has ZERO financial impact, NO accounting impact, it is merely for tracking purposes only.
