I have a form which users can populate with a LOV.
I'm wondering how hard it is to have a dynamic 'Add another line' function so I don't have to hard extra fields that may not be used.
I'll be using a lookup table which will contain the following values.
ID to request, Individual ID, Manufacturer, Model Number
1 1 Cisco 2650
1 2 Cisco 2700
2 1 Cisco 2650
Any ideas or pointers?
In Apex, we have Tabular form which 100% meets your requirements and more ...

By the way, it looks like you want to show a specific number of rows as the page loads, if so, then please create DA (Dynamic Action):
Event : page load.
Action: Execute Java Script

That wont work in my current situation.
A very simple look here.
I have a form which needs to be filled out with contact info.
Then below I need multiple areas for devices.
The tabular form is not unique to the request id. It is static.
Can you understand what I'm trying to do or do I need to explain better? :D
