Windows 7 Enterprise (No Admin right for user), IE9, Contract Manager v22.214.171.124, build 1974, jre-6u14.
User is unable to change his/her password, the popup after clicking on the Change password button does not appear to be able to change the password.
If users loggs in with local admin right, then it will work. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

In Internet Explorer, Tools, Internet Options, Advanced Tab
Uncheck Enable third-party browser extensions.
In windows Control Panel, Java, Advanced tab, Java Plug-in
Uncheck *Enable the next-generation java plug-in
Restart the browser
The reason it was greyed out is because 64bit was installed, I uninstalled 64bit and Installed 32bit ans was able to uncheck the next-generation and that solved my problem with the pop up, thank you very much for you assistance.
