We had a database inadvertently get dropped. Everybody involved seems sufficiently penitent for the mistake.
The DB was recovered from an RMAN backup and seems to be ok. That is, no glaring errors in the alert log. Can connect via TOAD SQL*plus etc.
However, when we attempt to connect via APEX, we are getting this error:
Error Error during rendering of page item P1_LOGIN.
ORA-01187: cannot read from file because it failed verification tests ORA-01110: data file 201: '+DATA/rskusdev0/tempfile/temp.264.774800005'
It looks like APEX is looking for a TEMP file of a particular name, not sure why, which RMAN probably recreated (since it was TEMP).
Has anyone seen this before or know of a work around?
If you set the conditional display of P1_LOGIN to 'Never', does the error move to a different item or does the page render?
If the page renders without P1_LOGIN, what is that item (Text, select list, etc.) and what is its source/default/etc.?
