You have to navigate down the connection tree to the 'Other Users' node, expand, and pull up your objects by owner/schema/user.Ah. You may dope slap me on this one. Of course ... the results under the navigation tree are going to default to USER_TABLES, not ALL_TABLES.
For point #2 - this is normal :)And getting more normal with frightening regularity .. for me, anyway!
