Im sorry Rohit but thats not correct in terms of what I am looking for. That was a typo on my behlaf. I have changed the DA to return only 1 record and it still does not do what I expected.

You should be able to access it now.
Basically when you click on populate it should populate both the Parent and the Child Select List. It only populates the parent and not the child with the value from the populate process.
I checked again; when I click on the "Populate" button, it populates the "Parent" with "Scotlant" and Child with "DUNDEE" and "GLASGOW". This is working fine. I don't understand what do you expect as the output.
Please clear your browser session ad try.
Not sure why you are getting different results. I have tried in IE8, firefox, chrome and Safari and everything works fine. If manual refresh (adding DA to refresh the child) resolves the issue, go ahead with that.
Maybe you didn't get my latest code change this morning. Basically it should only select Glasgow.
select parent_id, child_id
into :p1_parent, :p1_child
where child_id = 1;
