What do I put in the NLS_LANG?
run --- > edit ---> regedit ---->HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -->SOFTWARE --> ORACLE inside it you will find NLS_LANG .1 person found this helpful

the problem is in the computer's regional settings.1 person found this helpful
You can add on sqldeveloper.conf the line:
*"us" if your region configuration is USA, "en" if is England, "es" if is spain .....
it worked for me.

I do the regedit first....but did not work....I do Fran task and it did work ....without reverting the regedit value
