I have application where I must insert some data for chemical elements, and every time I need this function I must insert data for 15 elements (elements are always the same). So how can I achieve that after clicking Add row button element column is automatically filled out with different name of element from table? For inserting data I am using tabular form and Apex version is 4.1.
If I got you right, you just need to edit your column (Report Attributes). Under Tabular Form Attributes >> Default Type: PL/SQL Function or Expression.
Default: the name of the function that dose the trick for you....

for each element you can set a default value in the Tabular Form Attributes section.
You can choose a Default Type and then a default source.
If you select PL/SQL Expression or Function you can be the most flexible.
thanks for your answers.
How can I achieve that each of 15 elements will appear just once? I don't know how to connect rowid from row in tabular form and rowid from the table that contains the elements.
Can you please provide the Tables Definitions with sample Data, or reproduce the problem on apex.oracle.com.... I would recommend that you close this thread and post new one with a new title.
