File might have broken during download, try to open the zip file to see the contents instead of unzip.
If you still see a problem then re-download it as fresh.

I can see the files within, I just can't get them out :(
I have been unzipping files since the 80's and this is new behavior for me.
Okay then just rename those files as a.zip and b.zip
put them in folder make sure folder name is too short ex: c:\a
and try to extract.
There is other issue with length in extracts, using that in your case.
"An unexpected error is keeping you from copying the file. If you continue to receive this error, you can use the error code to search for help with this problem."
Error 0x80004005: Unspecified Error
That is it. You are left to retry, skip or cancel.
Try it for yourself on these files. It won't work no matter what you do. I am beginning to suspect the encryption process used.

The Informatica files are provided as zip files on eDelivery. The zip files may be split into multiple downloads - for example, Informatica PowerCenter and PowerConnect Adapters Client 9.0.1 which contains the following 2 downloads:
Informatica PowerCenter and PowerConnect Adapters Client 9.0.1 (Part 1 of 2)
Informatica PowerCenter and PowerConnect Adapters Client 9.0.1 (Part 2 of 2)
To unzip the Informatica files with multiple downloads on Windows, follow the instructions below.
Download all parts (example, Part 1 of 2 and Part 2 of 2) into the same folder location on Windows.
Use WinZip to unzip the file.
You must use WinZip to unzip the file; other compression tools are not supported.
Create a directory with a short path name (example, D:\INFA) in which to extract the contents of the downloaded zip files.
Tip: Do not use the My Documents folder.
Extract the contents of the first zip file into the directory created in the previous step.
WinZip will automatically extract the contents of the second zip, and any additional zip files.
I never got this to work and ent around it by installing all 22.214.171.124 level items.

Also, what would be the manual mentioned in this thread... tried the OBIApps installation, Powercenter installation... could not find the referred text...
