after changes in domain.xml to use default-config i cant access GlassfishAdmin interfaceThat could be the root cause. You need fix this first. GlassFish forums will be better place to seek help in this regard.
Listener version is 1.1.4
Check the installation steps from the Installation Guide, chances are you missed one of the steps.
Have you done this?
Select the check box next to Default Principal to Role MappingAre the 2 users in File Realm? or, some other realm?

This could be also be because of the user/password being incorrect. Check the username and change password in GF Admin
I have changed my password and im sure that i type it correctly.
Allways when i type it wrong, popup shows again, but when i type it correctly i got
HTTP Status 403 - Access to the requested resource has been denied
type Status report
messageAccess to the requested resource has been denied

GlassFish Server Open Source Edition 188.8.131.52
Please check the GF server.log in the ...glassfish3\glassfish\domains\<DOMAIN>\logs folder.
It might offer a clue.
I have this line in log only when i type incorectly my password:
[#|2012-11-28T09:57:09.135+0100|WARNING|glassfish3.1.2|javax.enterprise.system.container.web.com.sun.web.security|_ThreadID=126;_ThreadName=Thread-2;|WEB9102: Web Login Failed: com.sun.enterprise.security.auth.login.common.LoginException: Login failed: Failed file login for listeneradmin.|#]
When the pass is correct i dont have anything in server.log...

This is unusual. I had faced similar issue once, i think it was on an early 1.1.x release.
I had to redeploy the Apex.war to fix the issue. If you haven't tried it already you could give it a try.
I cannot think of anything else to suggest.
