Maybe somehow even hardcode let's say 10 fields, and only show the next one if the previous one is not null?

By the way, it looks like you want to show a specific number of rows as the page loads, if so, then please create DA (Dynamic Action):
Event : page load.
Action: Execute Java Script

That wont work in my current situation.
A very simple look here.
I have a form which needs to be filled out with contact info.
Then below I need multiple areas for devices.
The tabular form is not unique to the request id. It is static.
Can you understand what I'm trying to do or do I need to explain better? :D
