    How to post video in Apex4.2?

    975898
      Hi All,

      I am using Apex 4.2.0.00.27

      Can I call the video which will be residing in server (where Apex is installed)?
      I must not allow the user to download the video.

      I don't want to store video files in database.

      Thanks,
      Pramila

          Hello,

          You need to use something similar to this code in the source of an HTML Region:

          <object width="400" height="224" >
          <param name="allowfullscreen" value="true" />
          <param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always" />
          <param name="movie" value="#IMAGE_PREFIX#MYVIDEO.FLV" />
          <embed src="#IMAGE_PREFIX#MYVIDEO.FLV" type="application/x-shockwave-flash"
          allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="400" height="224">
          </embed>
          </object>
          Please read this to know what is #IMAGE_PREFIX#:
