    No Data found after upgrade


      We upgraded our Apex env from 4.1 to 4.2
      Our environments are SSO enabled.

      After the upgrade, launching an SSO enabled app returns this error:

      ORA-01403: no data found

      so do we need to re-run and re-register the SSO scheme again?
