root.sh hang at Startup will be queued to init within 90 seconds.

Now i am intalll oracle cluster on redhat5 !
but when i run root.sh,it hang at 'Startup will be queued to init within 90 seconds.',why?
[root@rac1 dbhome]# ./root.sh
