About a week ago, I had a customer who initially was having an issue creating change orders and payforms for a particular job in Expedition. They backed up/archived the job file and then deleted the job from Expedition. When they tried to restore it from the backup, it would not restore and indicated that the file was corrupt.
I have a week old flat file backup of the databases from which to retrieve the records from. I need to do this without impacting the information that was put into the system since the issue occurred. Can anyone help?
As for your Contract Manager/Expedition application, what database platform is being used? You basically are going to need to use the files from the backup to be used as a different group within the application so that the missing information can be seen by the end users.
