Got to figure out why the listener won't stay running, with no listener the Apex web pages won't be available. Try a `lsnrctl start`, connect to the database with the system user, `alter system register;` and check the `lsnrctl status` and `lsnrctl services` output again. If the listener crashes might have some hints in the listener log, filename shows up in the `... status` output.OracleXETNSListener service started and then stopped

I cannot start listener with command as lsnrctl start, it reported as "failed to start service, error 0", so I change the name of listener.ora as listener.bk.ora, but I got the same problem...
