No, it doesn't. DRM does both Shared Services and native security.

If you're using Oracle Identity Manager for external authentication, you will need to add is a provider in shared services and enable CSS authentication in the DRM console. Once you do that, you will need to create the users and DRM and flag them as external users so they can login with OIM credentials.
