netbeans  java.lang.RuntimeException:  Unable to create lock manager.

Hi everyone,

first of all thank you for take time to reply me question...

well... basically the problem is that,, when i open the netbeans 7.2.1 .. the start up is interrupted on turning on modules and it is closed automatically,, so i went to have a look at on log file and i am getting this exception...searching on the net.. i found it could be caused for privileges but i have been apply alll permission to the netbeans folder

i realy apprecate ur help

by the way i have reinstalled jdk 1.7 and netbeast 7.2.1 but still i got the same error
