Refer the below my blog
Thanks for your reply.
Already three members are included in BIUsers group. How to make the users and group as flat type ?
Along the same topic, what if I only want to import users from AD groups? I don't want any users pulled in from an OU, I just want them imported when I add them to a group in AD. (Example: BIConsumers security group in AD)1 person found this helpful
Would I use something like this:
All Users Filter
User From Name Filter

Hello,1 person found this helpful
If you want users only from particular AD groups you should use the following setup in Weblogic:
All Users Filter: (&(memberOf=cn=BIConsumers,cn=Users,dc=lab,dc=mydomain,dc=com))
User From Name Filter: (&(cn=%u)(objectclass=user))
where BIConsumers is the group name.
Hope this helps.Let me know if it doesn't. Pls mark if it does !!
Thanks for the replies.
_ The Solution is :_
User Base DN : DC=CORP,DC=NET
All user Filter : (&(memberof=CN=BIUsers,OU=BIUsers,DC=CORP,DC=NET)(cn=*)(objectclass=user))
User from name filter : (&(cn=%u)(objectclass=user))
Can I leave these empty then if I just want to grab from that one group as previously mentioned?
Group Base DN:
All Groups Filter: (&(sAMAccountName=*)(objectclass=group))
Group From Name Filter:
* All Groups Filter had the above by default. It won't let you save it as null/empty.
In the Groups section, update the Group Base DN to reflect where you want to search for groups in Active Directory.
See this example on how its configured : http://paulcannon-bi.blogspot.com/2012/07/configuring-ldap-authentication-for.html
Hope this helps. Pls mark if it does.
