It's look like bug of Ilom Firmware.
Try poweroff this blade, small remove from shassi and install back.
For resolve this issue - upgarde Ilom on Chassi ( CMM ) and on Blade (Ilom).
If I gonna download firmware from oracle web-site I need Support Identifier. But I`m a new system administrator in company and Support Identifier was lost far far away. And nobody know it. How I can repair it, to download the update for my firmware?
If your company has any support contracts with Oracle then there will be a single person in your company that is responsible for administering them .
That person will have a list of who has CSI's with the rights to open SR's.
That person will also have contact information as to who to speak to at Oracle for (possibly) getting new CSI's.
Find that person.
If your company doesn't have any support contracts, then Oracle classifies you as a non-customer and therefore you won't have access to any support.
