I am trying to understand patching.
I gather that, we have to download patches from "My Oracle Support". But when i try to do it, i cannot proceed as i do not have "Support Identifiers"
How to get patches then?
I need the patches for learning purposes.
Any help would be appreciated.
I am using Weblogic 10.3.6
and Smart Update 3.3.0
patches will be available only from support portal. You can use your company support identifier to download the same.
That is the root cause of my problem!!
What i want to know is : How can a person who does not have an identifier of his company( A student for example),who in short wants to learn patching, download and use patches(for academic purposes).
