Finally, phewww....(Just a slight sigh of relief there)
I found the alert log now in C:\oraclexe\app\oracle\admin\XE\bdump directory and it said as alert_xe log which is a text document actually.
So opened it and found a huge data in this log.
So now guys tell me what shall I post from this log??
The one's that say with date Dec 4 or Dec 5 which are at the end of the log ?!

a workaround (not tested):
Add ALLOWRESETLOGS_CORRUPTION=TRUE at init.ora.

A mismatch has been detected between Redo records and Rollback (Undo) records.
We are validating the Undo block sequence number in the undo block against the Redo block sequence number relating to the change being applied.
This error is reported when this validation fails.
