post the output of lsnrctl status (open a command prompt and run it)do you want me to write "lsnrctl" in the command prompt ? , if this is what you mean ,
then , i found nothing , just , "welcome to lsnrctl , type help for information" .
post your tnsnames file content?give me the path please .
if this is the path you mean "C:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\NETWORK\ADMIN" so , it's content is :
# tnsnames.ora Network Configuration File: C:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\network\admin\tnsnames.ora
# Generated by Oracle configuration tools.
(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = rocky)(PORT = 1521))
(SERVER = DEDICATED)
(SERVICE_NAME = orcl)
(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = IPC)(KEY = EXTPROC1))
(SID = PLSExtProc)
(PRESENTATION = RO)
is not this the file you want ? "tnsnames.ora" ?
