FOr 126.96.36.199 client you need to have metalink account. For installation:
To install 32-bit and 64-bit clients on the same server, pl use separate ORACLE_BASE directories

Can you please suggest how to change the Base Directories.
And please suggest should I install 32 bit first or 64 bit First.
Just use separate base directories e.g.
Install the 32-bit client first, then the 64-bit client. The order should not matter.
