Hi All guys here,
I hope all of you will be doing good. I need some assistance from you guys. I hope you can help me with all your expertise.
I am running trying to build an application in URDU and now having some issues with that. Let me tell you what I have on the machine.
OS: Windows XP Service Pack 3.
Database: oracle 10.2.0.1
I installed oracle for utf characterset which is AL32UTF8 and NATIONAL CHARACTER SET AL16UTF16.
I installed urdu on the system.
I changed registries to change NLS_LANG parameters and edit them to American_America.UTF8.
I add a user environment variable as American_America.UTF8
I think data is storing in database fine because I can see my saved data via reports and everything looks fine.
Problem is with oracle forms and plsql plus.
Word formation is not right while storing the data and it doesn't form the right words but if I check the same data in reports then it looks fine there.
I can write urdu while designing that form to label fields but at runtime they also looks weird. I am sure that there is something wrong with some settings while runtime running the forms. Please advice.
Thanks to answer. I didn't set any value there. Will you tell me what and where to change it as I can't see anything related to characterset value. Everything there is related to paths.

I did add this line in default.env
Is it needed to add other lines as well?
Adding this line doesn't change anything, it is the same as before.

Yes, even I restarted the computer several times after that.
Here are screenshots of what is happening.
