Please go to Cache, schedule "user cache group" cache flush. Then re-log in to try to find the new added user group in Activity Template.
So I was watching thios thread because it interest me.
We have had UGM groups setup for a very long time, since version 5.0.
These groups do not appear in the drop down mentioned by the OP. I dont think its a cache thing... just saying.
it appears this is locked to a specific system group. only groups nested under Global\NPD_CUSTOM_GROUPS_PARENT will show up in this EQT.
I recommend filing 2 SRs
1. doc bug for the missing information regarding the system group
2. ER to manage which group to pull from. A PM will then review for a future major/minor release.
I can confirm it works this way.
