after I execute_query in :BLK1 then my intention is to populate another record from view A and append to the last record of the execute_query. I confusing when try go_block to last record and fetch in POST-QUERY and lots of limitation thrown out.
which is best trigger to put code and sample or little of pseudo code is very thankful.
this cannot be done. So what I did is after execute_query return data, I create 1 button for user to click then trigger 'WHEN-BUTTON-PRESS' will fetch another set of record append to them. no automatic solution in 1 shot.
thanks O.developer. That's another solution I tried
Even if 2 portion recordset can sharing the same structure which I can create in single view. But my problem is my second part of new record set is using where cause which is primary is not database item. for example
:BLK1 have 4 item. item 1,2,3 is DB column=Y and item 4 is none database.
I tried create view and execute_query return
1st record return from query using where cause item 1 = '1001'
2nd record is another using where cause item 4 = 'ABC'
when I commit form. the 2nd recordset thrown error like primary key issue in database block. Can you advice this?
