lov will have only one return item.
you can manipulate that data by showing the lov on each t1 t2 t3 etc and use a trigger as wehn validate item on the return item which will be non visible. and will return you the data to desired t1 t2 etc.
what code do you want me to write in the when-button-pressed trigger ,
how can i return the value into another item ?

if i created about 10 lovs , would that affect the performance negatively ?

1. make the return item an item in your block that is not shown, then do a SHOW_LOV and after that copy the value from your invisible item into the desired item.
2. make ten lovs on the same query each with a different return item.
btw.. Havin ten lov's copying the same value into different items sounds a little like a bad datadesign. Is it the test-thing with having ten tests in one table? If so, you already see what complications this approach makes.
