    strange problem with JavaFX application parameters

    user2932712
      Hi

      I am using Netbeans 7.2.1 on Mac OS X 10.7.5 running Java 1.7.0_09.

      I have a JavaFX application which needs some JavaFX application parameters. I set them up in Netbeans by going to the project properties -> Run -> Parameters. In the dialog I entered my parameters with

      key=configDir
      value=FOO/BAH

      I read the application parameters in my application using

      getParameters().getNamed().get("configDir")

      That works as long as the value isn't too long. If I change the value to something longer than about 56 characters (in my case the path name of a fairly long directory) and run the application, I get the following error

      Error: Could not find or load main class com.javafx.main.Main

      So something is amiss, but I am not sure if this is the way it is meant to be, or if this is a Netbeans bug, or if this is an actual JavaFX bug?

      The problem also occurs using Java 1.7.0_07.

      thanks
      graham
