How to modify <context-root>

I have a web application created by tomcat under spring+hibernate+struts. It works in Tomcat fine. But I need to deploy it to weblogic 12c .
I export it as a war file and deploy it to weblogic 12c. However, it shows error:

Compilation of JSP File '/BZWeb/index1.jsp' failed:

index1.jsp:2:18: The include file was not found.
<%@ include file="/common/taglibs.jsp"%>
^-------------------^
index1.jsp:2:18: The include file was not found.
<%@ include file="/common/taglibs.jsp"%>
^-------------------^
index1.jsp:7:22: The include file was not found.
<%@ include file="/common/meta.jsp"%>
^----------------^
I change the weblogic.xml to add <context-root>BZWeb</context-root>.
But I still get this error.

The Index1.jsp is as follow:

<%@ page language="java" import="java.util.*" pageEncoding="UTF-8"%>
<%@ include file="/common/taglibs.jsp"%>
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN">
<html>
<head>
<title>myapp</title>
<%@ include file="/common/meta.jsp"%>

How to modify the configure files?

Thanks.
