Oracle B2B Inbound - Generated B2B XML has ASCII characters
Dec 27, 2012 4:22 PM
We are receiving B2B 270 Messages having ASCII delimiters.
The translation to B2B XML happens well ( The Oracle B2B Report states "COMPLETED" ) and I'm able to view the B2B XML from B2B Reporting tool.
The translated XML populates the <Internal Properties> for "Segment-Delimiter" tag with the ASCII field Separator value. It comes as Rectangle when viewed in JDeveloper XML UI,
The Problem is the B2B XML thus translated does not pass to Oracle BPEL ( Via B2B Adapter ). The Server log shows the error Message as "Invalid char in Text"
Any help or pointers well appreciated.

May I know what delimiters are you using? Seems like payload is not UTF-8 encoded and hence SOA is not able to understand the character. Make sure that payload is UTF-8 encoded.
