    Which alert message is this and where are you seeing it? Where or when exactly do you get this error? What version of OBIEE are you working with?

    Hi

    The message SAWSERVER .EXE Memory Consumption >1.5 GB is acustom alert message created by Admin team for SCOM alert for memory leak issue. The multiple messages we get in NQSERVER LOG file is as below but we could not find out the exact cause of error which triggers the memory leak issue.The version of obiee is 10.1.3.4.1

    Meesage 1:
    [46036] Internal Assertion: Condition m_CountFields == static_cast<int32>(m_ColumnNameVector.size()), file .\Src\SQCSCacheStorageListStream.cpp,

    Message 2:
    [59048] Usage Tracking encountered an insert statement execution error. This error has occurred 1 times and resulted in the loss of 1 insert statements since this message was last logged.[nQSError: 17001] Oracle Error code: 2391, message: ORA-02391: exceeded simultaneous SESSIONS_PER_USER limit at OCI call OCISessionBegin. [nQSError: 17014] Could not connect to Oracle database.

    Are you seeing any other problems due to this error? It seems like Usage Tracking cannot insert due to a database connectivity issue, you might want to check configuration for that. The error messages don't seem to have anything to do with the custom alert your Admins have set up though.
