    Well, I don't know exactly what's causing your problem.
    However, I suggest creating a new project with the following new class.
    If it fails also, I think you can rule out the other jar file(s) (import javacard.framework) your're using and assume its some Eclipse configuration issue.

    Google this 'override cannot be resolved to a type eclipse'
    and you may find an article giving you ideas of what's wrong.
