You can generate provisioning reports in Shared Services or you could export the provisioning using LCM, this will show you the provisioning applied in Shared Services, for Planning access permissions they are held within the planning application so you could use LCM to extract them or the exportsecurity utility, all these exports will be to flat files which you could open in Excel.1 person found this helpful
Thanks John for your suggestion.
When I use the ExportSecurity command, such as ExportSecurity.cmd /A=APPLICATIONNAME. /U=USERNAME/, S_USER=HARRY for example, it gives a txt output right?
Is there anyway of getting in different format or are there any other options so as to group users by groups or anything like that?
If I wanted to export only the planning security for ecample dimension security or version security what method would I use/
What is wrong with text file output as you can do pretty much what you want with it in this format.
Alternatively you could write custom SQL to extract the information you require, there is an example here - https://blogs.oracle.com/pa/entry/exporting_security_out_of_hyperion
