You can find it here : https://edelivery.oracle.com/
Workbench is lately called Experience manager and you can install it separately (Oracle Endeca Experience Manager 2.1.2) or along with Tools and Framework (Oracle Endeca Tools and Frameworks with Experience Manager 3.1.1 ).
If you want only search to be driven by Endeca then workbench is not required.

Thanks for your response,
I am Integrating ATG CRS --Endeca. I want to use Endeca for search
Oracle Endeca Tools and Frameworks with Experience Manager 3.1.1 is a zip file, and in the insatallation doc they have mentioned, we have to jsut extract this zip file where endeca is installed(i.e MDEX etc)
In the installation i dint how to finish this step:
What is the value of ENDECA_TOOLS_CONF???
4. If you are going to install the Content Acquisition System (CAS) after Tools and Frameworks,
perform the following modifications:
a) Navigate to $ENDECA_TOOLS_CONF/conf.
b) Open webstudio.properties in a text editor.
c) Locate the com.endeca.webstudio.hostname property and change the value from local¬
host to the fully qualified name of the machine running Workbench.
d) Save and close webstudio.properties.
I want to Integrate ATG-CRS-Endeca....
I want to know what is the use of WorkBench and Experience Manager??
Got the solution
