Can you navigate to the folder( D:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\base_domain\bin) and make sure that "startWebLogic.cmd" is located inside this folder.

          Regards,
          Kishore

Are you asking me to get this(startWeblogic.cmd) file from <BEA_HOME>/users_project/admin_server/bin folders from Admin Server IP(10.10.221.12) and copy it to "D:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\base_domain\bin" on the Managed server with IP (10.10.221.80) ?

            Currently it is not there.

In doing so the nodemanager error is gone. However, I am getting the below error in the server out.

Go to nodemanager.properties file and verify that StartScriptEnabled=false.

              Hope this helps.
