Exporting/Migrating not Upgrading Apex 4.0 to Apex 4.2
Jan 4, 2013 1:41 AM
I have an existing apex 4.0 on server1 with apps on it. Then I installed another apex 4.2 on server2.
I want to export my apps on server1 (4.1) to server2(4.2).
How do I do it? Do I need to export import first the affected schema?
This is not an upgrade process right? Or is it migration ?
Thanks a lot,

in response to
Installing apex 4.2
For full development environment, run > @apexins.sql tablespace_apex tablespace_files tablespace_temp images
For runtime environment, run > @apxrtins.sql tablespace_apex tablespace_files tablespace_temp images
My question is what is the use for runtime environments? Of course it can not develop an apps? So what the use of it, if there is no apps on it?
