          What is your 4 digits Oracle version you are installing ?

          If it is 11.2.0.1 you should not use following parameters:
          oracle.install.db.isRACOneInstall=false
          oracle.install.db.racOneServiceName=

              OK for oracle.install.db.optionalComponents parameter. But if installation type is software only:
              oracle.install.option=INSTALL_DB_SWONLY
              I don't think you need to specify database parameters because OUI won't create a database.
