This is my error. My same request output is printing to other printers. But it is not printing in particular printer.
My printer is shared is windows 2000 system and we have installed Unix files & printer sharing windows feature.
while executing below command from soloris command line
lp -d skctag -n 1 sona
skgtag: timed out error is coming please give advice in this.
The machine skctag is pinging Now, My printer is shared in windows using unix print service.If the printer is configured at the application level then you should be able to print from the OS with no errors.
Note : It is skctag not skgtag i entered wrongly
The command says lpstat -a |grep -i skgtag
skctag accepting requests since Fri Jan 04 time 2013
Tis below command says
lp -d skctag 50034005.out
The OS vendor says the printer is reconfigured in OS level and you need to reconfigure it in application level. please suggest me.
