    Existing Support Identifier / account


      I have just recently joined a company as a planner, plart of my role is be the administrator for Primavera.

      The company already has a support identifier with Oracle but I dont know the number because the only person who did know it has now left the company.

      How do I find out the number? We have a service request open through this support number and this issue needs resolving as soon as possible.

      I called the Oracle support desk but found it very hard to communicate with the person as her English was quite poor.

      Please tell me what i should do.
