Got to have the port=8080 one or the apex pages will not work.
lsnrctl status ... ... Endpoints: ... port=1521... ... port=8080...
And a tip ... if you left click the command prompt icon (upper left corner) go to Properties, on the Options tab, there is a checkbox for Quick Edit. Turning that on and using the mouse to highlight, <enter> to copy text to clipboard is much easier than posting .jpg pics. imho.
lsnrctl start ... lsnrctl status
So the listener doesn't like your host= setting, something isn't completely correct with the network client setup on the box."connect failed because target host or object does not exist".
If all that "looks good" (but that is doubtful, obviously lsnrctl disagrees with that assessment) try changing your listener.ora HOST= to the "any IP" address of 0.0.0.0.
hostname ... <hostname> ipconfig /all ... host name . . .: <hostname> ... ethernet adapter Local Area Connection . . . ... ... ip address . . .: n.n.n.n ping <hostname> ... -> reply from n.n.n.n ping n.n.n.n ... -> reply from n.n.n.n
notepad <drive:...XE _HOME folder>\network\admin\listener.ora ... (HOST=<incorrect hostname>) # change to ... (HOST=0.0.0.0)
