Iether hide the Column heading of dimention row ( in Row Properties). Or go for table view.
There is no other option.
Mark if helps/Correct.

I too faced same issue. But still am not found permanent solution.
But you can try below method.
Create one table view with expecting format then save it after that go to pivot view then try to apply Table format customization using "Import formatting another analysis".

if u need all headers columns in a single row in pivot table.....
- Drag the "measure lables" from columns to excluded.
- Drag the Sal and Am columns from measures to rows.
