Unable to get default Apex login screen after upgrade
Oracle 126.96.36.199.0 on Linux x86 64 bit
Apex 4.1 upgraded to Apex 4.2.1
What I did:
Completed installed of Apex 4.2.1 patch (14732511) on top of Apex 4.2.0
Verified that APEX_PUBLIC_USER password the same, and working.
Copied images to glassfish docroot to "i" subdirectory
The apex_public_user was already unlocked, and sqlplus connection using the password works.
The apex_public_user is set in the "java -jar apex.war setup --database MYDATABASE" step. I've confirmed several times that it matches.
Running apxchpwd.sql is for changing the Internal workspace password, which is different. The default apex login page should be visible regardless of the value of the Internal workspace password.
The previous Apex listener was 1.1.4 and the database already has a couple of workspaces. For upgrade to Apex Listener 2.0, need to run apex mapping command to the workspace:
java -jar apex.war map-url type base-path workspace-id MYWORKSPACE MYPREFIX MYDATABASE
To access the internal workspace after the change:
