Can you check the Oraenv and then the control files on the folder where they are supposed to be located.

oraenv has nothing to do with it. The started instance already shows where it is expecting to find the control files.

Oraenv sets enviornment variables, none of which have any bearing on location of control files.

Location of control files comes directly from the initialization file, whether it is an spfile or a text init<sid>.ora file.

Can you check and let us know if control file (cntrlDB11G.dbf) physically exists in this following location?

    /u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/db_1/dbs/cntrlDB11G.dbf
