I got oca dba 9i in 2008 now i want to complete dba track so what i will do attend fundemental2 9i and pt 9i or attend 11gIf you only have the OCA, You need two tests and a training course to become a 9i OCP:
I lose my testing id but i have the certificate is it enough .You need your testing ID in order to able to link your current history with the new tests you'll be taking -- and to use your legacy SQL exam results. Open an SR at the link below. Give them your name and the date of the certification (should be on the certificate). Tell them that you've lost your testing ID and that you would like them to locate it and associate it with your OTN account.

...you mean I can attend administartion1 11g and administration2 11gYes -- there is no need to complete your 9i OCP before getting the 11G OCP. The only reason you might want to complete the 9i OCP is if you have already taken the training that would qualify for the required 9i training. In that case, because training is more expensive than the exams, it might be cheaper to complete the 9i OCP then take the 11G upgrade.
and be 11g certified and no need to get ocp dba 9i
