I've been tasked with the HRSSA workflow to amend the change manager process. I think the standard process is, when an employee changes his/her manager to a new one, the old manager gets an approval notification and the employee gets a fyi notification. My client wants to implement a new process, whereby instead of the old manager getting an approval notification, the new manager gets the approval notification with the old manager getting only a fyi notification. How do i do this..Any pointers would be greatly appreciated...
