Once the content exits WF the step by step processing / details / approver / notification details are not shown from UCM UI . But these details can be retrieved from the DB using the following query :
select dwfname,dwfstepname,duser,daction from workflowhistory where did='<dID>' ;
It will list the content revision , wf where it went , the step and which user approved / rejected .

Thanks for the response. It is as I suspected. At least the data is retained and can be used from an audit perspective, albeit requiring direct access to the database.

You can include this and create a custom component so that it can be directly used to show the details (also the Reject reason) to users on the UI itself . There are some components which have been created and they do use this same principle .
