You are doing target recon or trusted recon??
If your attribute is there on user profile, you can simply write a java task which takes value of this attributes as input and returns a string such as delete or nodelete. Attach this task on Xellerate user process definition. On returned "delete" status of this task, call disable user task.
if you are talking about Trusted Source recon then write post process event handler. In case of Target recon, attach process task adapter on Reconciliation Insert Received and Reconciliation Update Received task.
call UserManager.disable(java.lang.String userID, boolean isUserLogin) method for disabling
ex: um.disable(userLogin,true); or um.disable(usrKey,false);
Thanks for your responses . This may help me meet some other requirements .
However the issue with SAP HRMS Recon Person Record Deletion is resolved by configuring hire and terminate events to enable and disble the employee .
