    Hi Dude,

    It is now working by applying your suggestion. Thank you for your help. It looks like Linux 6 doesn’t work with ‘ "/sbin/scsi_id -g -u -s /block/%n" ‘ command. I will update the thread if I have found any new feature that has to be changed.

    Just a note for anyone reading this post.


    The syntax for using the /lib/udev/scsi_id --> /sbin/scsi_id has changed between Linux 5.x and Linux 6.x:



    For Linux 5.x

    /sbin/scsi_id -g -u -s /block/$device



    For Linux 6.x

    /sbin/scsi_id -g -u -d /dev/$device



    So when using online examples (Even those from the Vendor) it is important to know for which operating system they are for.



    You will encounter the same problem in defining UDEV rules between Linux 5.x and 6.x
