create new profile with SESSIONS_PER_USER as 1.
change user profile to new profile.....

it did not work :( please help ....
SQL> create profile user_profile2 limit SESSIONS_PER_USER 1;
SQL> alter user system profile user_profile2;
SQL> show user
USER is "SYSTEM"
But when i login using another3 separate windows 3 times I can still login as system.

you need to do:
alter system set resource_limit=true;
now its working
SQL> conn / as sysdba Connected. SQL> SQL> SQL> SQL> alter system set resource_limit=true; System altered. SQL> conn system/oracle@xe ERROR: ORA-02391: exceeded simultaneous SESSIONS_PER_USER limit Warning: You are no longer connected to ORACLE. SQL>
